F e a t u r e s   DU Series
  1. The bearing surfaces have such low coefficients of static and dynamic friction that they require no lubrication. DU bearings can also be used in lubricants.
  2. The operating temperature range extends from -2000C to 2800C
  3. DU bearings operate smoothly under loads which exert high levels of resistance, impact, intermittent motion, and thrust.
  4. DU bearings are free from electrostatic induction. When installed each DU bearings has an electrical resistance of 1 … to 10 … per 1 cm2 (wide contact area).
  5. The bearing surface is highly resistant to most industrial chemicals and solvents including gas, oil and alcohol.
  6. The mating surface (mounting shaft) is wear resistant.
  7. Service life is extended.
  8. DU bearings are light and thin (up to 3 mm thick), requiring little space and permit compact equipment design.
  9. DU bearings minimize operating noise.
  10. Standard DU bearings are available for quick delivery.
    • Non-standard DU bearings can be made to order.

  1. Operated without lubrication
  2. Adaptable to operations under a high-load and high speed condition
  3. Stability in dimensions and shape and very thin structure provide a good chance for compact designing.
  4. Remarkably high wear resistance has been proved where the oil film formation is difficult such as in reciprocal, oscillating operations or operation of repeated stop and go.
  5. Abundant standards parts such as spiral bushing, thrust washer, etc. are available.
  6. May be replaced with DU dry bearings and DX bearings.

  1. Operated without lubrication
  2. Excellent withstanding capacities against load and wear.
  3. Lower friction coefficient (….. = 0,01 - 0,15 ) and excellent high speed characteristic.
  4. Allows a quiet operation and prevents the stick slip phenomenon.
  5. Will not damage the surface of engaging component.
  6. Larger tolerance in the axial misalignment.

F e a t u r e s   DX Series
  1. The steel backing is covered with a porous layer of sintered fine spherical bronze particles impregnated with a polyacetal resin copolymer.
  2. Standard DX bearings are grooved to circulate the lubricant over the entire sliding surface.
  3. Operation is quiet, free from squeking or knocking.
  4. Low bearing friction prevents damage to mating surfaces resulting from metal-to-metal contact.
  5. Bearing surfaces remain virtually wear-free with a minimum amount of grease or oil.
  6. Low starting friction permits very smooth rotation at low speeds and under high loads. Sliding surfaces are seizure-free, too.
  7. Shaft misalignment tolerance is excellent.
  8. Operation is smooth even under impact loads.
  9. Excellent load-carrying performance is maintained even when parts are susceptible to chafing fatique and thrust.
  10. Standard DX bearings are available for quick delivery.
    • Non-standard types can also be made to order.

  1. Sealed-in solid lubricants are totally maintenance-free
  2. Wear resistance is extremely high
  3. Friction coefficient is very low.
  4. Wide operating temperature range extends from extreme low to high.
  5. The DAISLIDE is highly resistant to corrosion and harsh chemicals.
  6. Operation is stable even under intense impact loads.
