F e a t u r e s DU Series
 - The bearing surfaces have such low coefficients of static and dynamic friction that they require no lubrication. DU bearings can also be used in lubricants.
- The operating temperature range extends from -2000C to 2800C
- DU bearings operate smoothly under loads which exert high levels of resistance, impact, intermittent motion, and thrust.
- DU bearings are free from electrostatic induction. When installed each DU bearings has an electrical resistance of 1 … to 10 … per 1 cm2 (wide contact area).
- The bearing surface is highly resistant to most industrial chemicals and solvents including gas, oil and alcohol.
- The mating surface (mounting shaft) is wear resistant.
- Service life is extended.
- DU bearings are light and thin (up to 3 mm thick), requiring little space and permit compact equipment design.
- DU bearings minimize operating noise.
- Standard DU bearings are available for quick delivery.
- Non-standard DU bearings can be made to order.
F e a t u r e s DBS Series
 - Operated without lubrication
- Adaptable to operations under a high-load and high speed condition
- Stability in dimensions and shape and very thin structure provide a good chance for compact designing.
- Remarkably high wear resistance has been proved where the oil film formation is difficult such as in reciprocal, oscillating operations or operation of repeated stop and go.
- Abundant standards parts such as spiral bushing, thrust washer, etc. are available.
- May be replaced with DU dry bearings and DX bearings.
F e a t u r e s DBB Series
 - Operated without lubrication
- Excellent withstanding capacities against load and wear.
- Lower friction coefficient (….. = 0,01 - 0,15 ) and excellent high speed characteristic.
- Allows a quiet operation and prevents the stick slip phenomenon.
- Will not damage the surface of engaging component.
- Larger tolerance in the axial misalignment.
F e a t u r e s DX Series
 - The steel backing is covered with a porous layer of sintered fine spherical bronze particles impregnated with a polyacetal resin copolymer.
- Standard DX bearings are grooved to circulate the lubricant over the entire sliding surface.
- Operation is quiet, free from squeking or knocking.
- Low bearing friction prevents damage to mating surfaces resulting from metal-to-metal contact.
- Bearing surfaces remain virtually wear-free with a minimum amount of grease or oil.
- Low starting friction permits very smooth rotation at low speeds and under high loads. Sliding surfaces are seizure-free, too.
- Shaft misalignment tolerance is excellent.
- Operation is smooth even under impact loads.
- Excellent load-carrying performance is maintained even when parts are susceptible to chafing fatique and thrust.
- Standard DX bearings are available for quick delivery.
- Non-standard types can also be made to order.
F e a t u r e s DAISLIDE Series
 - Sealed-in solid lubricants are totally maintenance-free
- Wear resistance is extremely high
- Friction coefficient is very low.
- Wide operating temperature range extends from extreme low to high.
- The DAISLIDE is highly resistant to corrosion and harsh chemicals.
- Operation is stable even under intense impact loads.
